Teakettle Enterprises Ltd. invites you to
review in electronic format the various lists of seeds that are available
from our seed farms in Belize. All material is subject to availability.
We do not maintain an inventory for any of the seeds we sell. All seeds
are collected during the harvesting season against firm orders and then
shipped to our customers. It is only in this manner that we can guarantee
the freshest possible quality.
Species not shown on lists: The items
listed represent a selection of seeds that are available reliably and
in large quantities. We have access to many seeds not shown on our lists.
We will gladly answer your query regarding any Central America seeds in
which you might have an interest Do not hesitate to inquire about any of
your seed needs.
Terms: All prices are F.O.B. Belize
City, Belize, quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without
notice. Payments are due net on receipt of invoice for customers with established
accounts. Interest at rate of 2% per month will be charged on overdue accounts
(24% per year).
Minimum Order: $50.00. A $5.00 handling charge will be added to the invoice on all
orders under minimum.
Ordering: Availability subject to
prior sale, weather and crop conditions. We request that you place your
order at least one month before the harvest dates as quantities on some
species may be limited.
Quantities: Special prices may be
quoted on quantity requirements. Quantities less than those listed cannot
be furnished.
Warranty: Teakettle
Enterprises, Ltd warrants to the extent of the purchase price only
that seeds sold by us are as described on the container within recognized
tolerances. We provide no other or further warranty, either expressed or
implied, and we will not be responsible for the crop. Goods should be inspected
upon arrival, and claims made within three days from date received. Claims
for loss or damage in transit must be filed with the carrier. We will not
consider claims after seeds have been stored or planted,
Phytosanitary: Obtaining a Phytosanitary
Certificate costs an additional $25.00 per shipment.
